The single roller cone is the main part of the tri-cone bit. A drill rock bit is made up of three single roller cone bits and welded together. The upper part has connecting thread to connect with the drilling tool, and the lower part is made into a journal with a certain inclination angle to form a auxiliary bearing with the inner hole of the cone. There is a water hole channel on the bit’s leg/arm, which can be installed with oil storage pressure compensation device. The journal needs high wear resistance and hardness to bear load, and enough strength and impact toughness are required inside the matrix.
